The Palladium was one of the biggest and most famous dance floors in San Diego at this time. It was the home of Johnny Otis, Little Richard, Fats Domino, Johnny Guitar Watson and B.B. King, Chuck Berry and the Two Tons of Joy. This was one of the first times a club from Logan Heights held a dance at the Palladium.
